Dr. Weston is an independently licensed clinical psychologist within Arizona and received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. Dr. Weston completed her pre-doctoral internship at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in Las Vegas working with Veteran populations with an emphasis in PTSD. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services at the Mesa Outpatient facility. She has additional experience working as a clinical psychologist at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman providing psychological treatment, assessments, and crisis intervention.
Dr. Weston provides treatment for those seeking to overcome personal barriers, trauma, and or stressors in their life. She works with clients who range from needing guidance through a sudden life hardship to those wanting personal growth and development of insight into life-long patterns of behavior. She uses a variety of treatment approaches to tailor-fit your needs. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to providing treatment services, Dr. Weston provides psychological assessments for those needing diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.
Dr. Weston has a background in military and law enforcement and has experience working with veterans and law enforcement as well.
