In individual therapy, our clinical staff will work one-on-one with you to explore the parts of your life that are causing stress or uncertainty. Whether you are interested in exploring the origins of dysfunctional patterns in your life or you are looking for practical solutions to every-day situations, your therapist will provide you with the tools and understanding to help you grow and overcome obstacles.

HOW DOES INSURANCE WORK WITH INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?

Prior to beginning services, we will conduct an eligibility and verification of benefits check to provide you with estimated costs, as well as any restrictions or provisions imposed by your insurance provider. However, we are not responsible for any changes or contradictions in coverage. We strongly recommend you to communicate directly with your insurance to best understand your benefits as you may be financially responsible for out-of-pocket costs for any balance unpaid by insurance.
